摘　　要：为了提高纺织企业的生产管理水平,构建一个生产数据在局域网内共享共用的信息平台,对国内外纺织企业生产管理信息化的现状进行研究,对我国纺织企业在信息化建设方面实际存在的问题进行了分析,提出一种集生产数据采集与信息管理于一体的系统结构模型,并在局域网环境下,开发了生产集成化监控系统.同时,对系统设计过程中遇到的3个主要技术难点:多机通信、数据通用接口,以及系统数据的安全性进行了详细介绍,并提出了相应的解决方案.实际应用表明:系统的主要功能满足了企业生产管理的需要,解决了现有信息系统中数据孤立的问题,实现了生产管理数据在企业内部的共享共用,减低了劳动力成本,促进了企业信息化的发展.In order to enhance the production management level of the textile enterprise,and set up an information platform to share production data within the LAN（local area network）,first,the current situation of the informatition of production management for domestic and foreign textile enterprise is studied,real problem of the informatization construction in the Chinese textile enterprises is analyzed,and then,a new system structure mode is proposed,which is centralized and integrated data collection and information management functions.Third,in the local area network environment,an integrated production monitoring and control system is developed.Meanwhile,three main technical difficulties during the design process are described in detail,which include multi-machine communication,data common interface design,and the security design of system data,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Practical application proves that the main functions of the system meet the requirements of the production management.Furthermore,the system solves the information isolation problems existing in the used systems,achieves production management data sharing function within the LAN,reduces labor costs,and promotes informatization development of the textile enterprise.
