摘 要:航空发电机是飞机上的重要机电设备,航空电机体积小,电磁负荷高,故发热问题尤其严重,其中铁心损耗为发电机的主要热源之一,从而使得分析三级式航空无刷交流同步发电机的铁心损耗尤为重要.通过对某航空电机铁心损耗的测试,在实验中测出一系列电参数,对这些电参数进行分析与计算,研究铁心损耗与频率的关系.分析和实验结果表明铁心损耗随频率的变化而变化,并得到铁心损耗与频率的具体关系式,得到的频率指数与电机运行时的磁通密度有关,对于400Hz航空发电机,铁心损耗的频率指数在1.4左右,同时该频率指数满足工程计算和精确度要求.The aviation generator is an important mechanical and electrical equipment on the aircraft,which is small and high electromagnetic load,so the heating problem is especially serious.Iron core loss is one of the main sources of heat,which make the analysis of the iron core loss in three-stage brushless AC synchronous generator more important.Through a test on the iron core loss of a specific aviation generator,a series of electrical parameters can be measured,which will be analyzed and calculated,in order to study the relationship between iron core loss and frequency.Analysis and experimental results show that the core loss varies with frequency,which also shows the relationship function between specific core loss and frequency.The frequency index relates to the magnetic flux density when the genetator is running.For 400Hz aviation generator,the frequency index of iron core loss is about 1.4 which meets the calculation and accuracy requirement in engineering.
