摘 要:根据Π定律提出了加筋板结构在水下爆炸冲击波作用下模型和原型动态响应相似的条件。在此基础上,考虑到加筋板模型制造加工过程中的工艺和成本等因素,提出了利用普通钢加筋板模型预报船体钢加筋板原型在水下爆炸冲击波作用下动态响应的相似预报方法。该方法考虑了流固耦合和材料应变率强化效应等因素的影响,可用于指导利用常用的普通钢模型试验预报实船局部板架在水下爆炸冲击波作用下的动态响应。By applying theΠprinciple,three dynamic response scaling requirements were proposed between models and prototypes for stiffened plates subjected to underwater blast.Based on the above scaling requirements,a scaling method was put forward to predicate the dynamic responses of stiffened plates subjected to underwater blast,in which the prototypes was made of ship steel and the models was made of mild steel.And the fluid-solid coupling effect and the strain-rate effect were considered in the scaling method.Two samples were calculated to validate the scaling method.The scaling method can be used to guide the dynamic response prediction of real ship structures subjected to underwater blast by experimental models made of mild steel.
