强身合剂对大鼠血液、生化指标及脏器系数的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:强身合剂与生理盐水对大鼠血液、生化值及内脏器官(心、肝、脾、肺、肾上腺、胸腺)重量的比较研究。方法:将SD大鼠60只分成3组,给强身合剂10.0和20.0g/kg(指含生药量)剂量,对照组给等量生理盐水,连续给药31天,每周称体重一次,给药结束时采血测定血液指标和生化指标。解剖后,用电子天平称各个脏器器官的重量,并计算脏器系数。结果:SD大鼠的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);血清生化指标天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、ALT、Cr、BUN与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);脏器系数给药组与生理盐水组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:强身合剂10.0、20.0g/kg组连续给药31天,其血液血清生化指标及脏器系数与给生理盐水组比较均无显著差异。Objective：to compare the effect of qiangshen mixture on hematological、 biochemical indicator and organ（heart、liver、spleen、lung、adrenals、and thymus） coefficients with physiological saline.Method：60 SD rats were divided into 3 groups.Two groups were treated with qiangshen mixtrure 10.0g/kg and 20.0g/kg（crude drug） respectively for 31 days,and the control group was treated with physiological saline.The body weight was measured once a week.Hematology、biochemical indicator were tested,and organs were weighted and the organ coefficients were evaluated.Results：compared with the control group,the differences of HGB、RBC、WBC、AST、ALT、Cr、BUN and the organ coefficients were not significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：qiangshen mixtrure 10.0g/kg and 20.0g/kg were administrated for 31 days,and the hematological、biochemical indicators and organ coefficients were similar with the control group.
