摘 要:应用^(14)C示踪研究了久效磷在稻、鱼、土壤、田水中的残留。结果表明:该药在上述物体中均有残留,水稻收获时,在根、叶、茎、穗中的残留量分别为5.2248±0.4152、4.7928±0.7016、3.9895±0.6633、1.3042±0.1042微克/克干重;测得田水和土壤中的残留量为0.0012±0.0005微克/毫升,0.0241±0.0050微/克风干土。施用久效磷56天后,鱼体内的残留量为4.3964±0.9180微克/克干重。One experiment was carried out to study the retention of ^(14)C-monocrotophos in a simulating rice-fih ecosystem. The results showed that the pesticide, after spraying on the leaves of the rice plants,could be detected in all components of the the rice-fish ecosystem, inclucling water, soil, fish body, and different parts of the rice plants, and the amount of residues decreased with the lapse of time. At harvest, the residue amount, mg/kg dry matter, in roots, stems, leaves, ears of the rice plants were 5.2248±0.4125, 3.9895±0.6633, 4.7928±0.7016, and 1.3024±0.1042, respectively; in water and in soil were 0.0021 ± 0.0005 and 0.0241±0.0050, respectively. The residue amount in fish body, at the day of 56 after the applicaticn pesticide, was 4.3964±0.9180 mg/kg dry matter.
