摘 要:先导阀节流孔位置精度,阀口圆度误差及导阀出流口位置影响并决定着先导阀流场特性,而先导阀流场是先导阀能否稳定的关键.分析了影响先导阀流场的主要因素,定性描述了流场对先导阀工作稳定性的影响,建立了阀腔内流场的数学模型,利用Fluent软件对先导阀腔内流场进行了仿真,得到了先导阀芯表面漩涡分布和切应力的分布图.通过改变先导阀出流口位置和阀腔节流孔位置偏差,得到先导阀表面应力分布,从而揭示了流场是先导阀稳定工作的关键,为改善先导阀稳定性提供一定理论依据.The flow-field characteristic of pilot-valve was affected and decided by accuracy position of pilot-valve's orifice,roundness tolerance of valve port and the position,and flow-field was the key of pilot-valve running stability.The main factors of influencing the flow was analyzed,pilot-valve's stability affected by flow was described,and the mathematical modes were established.The contours of shear stress and turbulence kinetic on the face of pilot-valve spool were taken through simulation by Fluent.By changing the location of the pilot valve port and position deviation of flow orifice valve cavity,the pilot-valve's surface stress distribution was taken,which reveal flow-field was the key to the pilot-valve running stability,and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the pilot-valve stability running.
