摘 要:随着我国城市化的快速发展,城市土地集约利用问题日益突出.面向低碳经济走土地集约化道路是科学利用土地的必由之路.应用GIS数据管理与可视化表达技术、变异系数权重确定法、改进的TOPSIS综合评价方法,紧扣土地集约利用的内涵,以长株潭地区为评价目标,选取土地集约利用相关的19个评价因子,对长沙、株洲、湘潭三个城市的土地利用集约程度进行综合评价,得出结论:长株潭三市的集约度都在逐年提高,土地利用将更加集约;作为一体化的城市群,株洲市的集约度明显低于长沙和湘潭地区,潜力较大。评价结果较好地揭示了长株潭城市群土地集约度发展状况,为城市群低碳经济发展提供决策支持.With the fast development of urbanization of our country,the urban land intensified utilization has become a more and more outstanding issue.Several available methods were used to study the intensive land use,GIS's management and visual representation method,coefficient of variation method and the improved TOPSIS method as primary methods,were selected.The intensive urban land use was evaluated in Chang-Zhu-Tan area.Focused on the connotation of the urban land intensified utilization,Choosed 19 indicators to synthetically evaluate the intensive degree in urban land use of the three cities,and concluded that: the intensive degree of the three cities is increasing by years,the land use tends to be increasingly intensive;in the urban agglomeration of Chang-Zhu-Tan,Zhuzhou's intensive degree in urban land use is obviously lower than Changsha and Xiangtan,it has capacity to improve.The conclusion shows Chang-Zhu-Tan's intensive degree in urban land use and the way to improve intensive degree.
