摘 要:本文用多元分析法研究了11个栽培大麦品种叶片气孔密度、叶脉数和剑叶及其组成分的关系。结果表明:剑叶叶脉数和叶绿素含量与产量、穗粒重、千粒重紧密相关;第4叶气孔密度、剑叶叶脉数和气孔密度与穗粒数的三元回归极显著。Multiple regression relationships of grain yield and its components on the stomata density and. vein number of leaf blade and chlorophyll content of the flag leaf were analysed among 11 barley cultivars. The results showed that, the vein number and chlorophyll content of the flag leaf were closely positive related with the grain yield, grains per spike and 1000 grains weight; the multiple regression of the stomata density of the fourth leaf, vein number and stomata of flag leaf with grains per spike were hightly significant. It enables us to suggest that chlorophyll content and vein number of flag leaf conld be used as a reference index for the evaluation of the potential ability of high yield. In the selection of grains per spike, more attetion should be paid to stomata density of fourth leaf, vein number and stomata of flag.
