摘　　要：乡镇政府作为我国基层行政机关,其有效的绩效管理代表着国家的形象,影响社会的稳定和繁荣。从新公共管理和新公共服务的理论视角,分析乡镇政府绩效管理的现状和存在问题,探寻和选择有效的路径,以期对我国的基层政府绩效管理改革有所裨益。Township government act as our primary administrative organ,and its effective performance management represent the country＇s image,and affect the social stability and prosperity.From theoretical perspective of new public management and new public service,we can analys the status and the problems in township government performance management,explore and select a valid path,in order to help the township government performance management reform to benefit.
