摘　　要：加强和改进新形势下大学生党建工作,是高校党建工作的重要任务。在党建阵地的覆盖面上,需要高度重视学生公寓的重要作用;在创新组织发展机制上,需要积极开展"四培两带"活动和"十百千"育人工程;在基层组织建设上,有必要积极、稳妥地推行"党支部建在班上",并相应加强学生党建工作的组织领导。Strengthening and improving Party construction for college students in the new era is an important task for colleges and universities.It is necessary to attach more importance to the role student dormitories can play.Meanwhile,to renovate organization development system,it is important to carry out various campaigns and programs to cultivating more talents.It is also vital to build the Party branch in individual classes and improve the leadership over party construction among students.
