摘　　要：大型氨合成塔外壳和内件的吊装及安装非常重要,安装垂直度要求很高,安装公差要求严格,总结了卡萨利氨合成塔及废锅的安装经验,介绍相关的安装方法,为现场施工提供了经验。The lifting and installation of converter shell and internals for large-scaled ammonia plant are very important with a high requirement for vertical resting and a strict tolerance;the installation experiences for Casale ammonia converter and waste-heat boiler are summarized,corresponding installation procedures introduced and this provided the site construction with certain experiences.
