摘　　要：叙述了合成气/锅炉给水预热器在设计、制造中存在的不足及在使用中产生的缺陷,分析并找到了制造过程中的问题以及管板裂纹产生的原因,通过改进新设备的制造工艺,从根本上解决了问题。Both the shortcomings in design and fabrication and the defects in use of syngas/BFW pre-heater were described,with the analysis causes for crack of tubesheet and problems in fabrication found,with the improvement in manufacturing process of new equipment the problems resolved fundamentally.
