培育和强化湖南食品产业集群发展的“五个”战略重点

摘　　要：为真正实现湖南从农业大省到农业强省腾飞的目标,必须培育和强化湖南食品产业集群"五个"战略重点:重点发展湖南八大食品产业集群区域及其龙头企业;重点加强产业集群基地及重点项目建设;重点扶持对形成食品产业集群有益补充的6大食品子行业;重点扶持5大绿色食品加工产业集群;大力推进食品工业重点技术改造建设。In order to realize the transition of Hunan from a large - size agricultural province to a strong one, ＂five＂ strategic priorities must be nurtured and strengthened for the Hunan food industry cluster;focusing on the development of Hunan food industry cluster region and the eight leading enterprises;strengthening industrial clusters base and key projects;supporting the formation of a useful food supplement industry clusters;supporting five major green food processing industry clusters;promoting the construction and technological transformation of the food industry.
