英国高校德育工作实施途径、特点及其启示

摘　　要：在长期的教育实践中,英国高校德育工作积累了丰富的经验,形成了独有的特色。在介绍英国高校德育工作的途径和特点的基础上,从完善高校德育内容体系,注重在相关学科中渗透道德教育,应注重教师在德育过程中的育人作用等几个方面,提出如何进一步改进和完善我国高校德育工作。The moral work of famous British universities accumulates much experience and forms its unique feature in the large education practice.The article introduces and analyzes the teaching way and the character of the famous universities in England,and puts forward that how to further improve our Chinese education work from developing the contents in system,concentrating on investing education in subjects linked with moral culture,and highlighting the important role the teacher plays in the process of moral education.
