摘　　要：用甲状腺球蛋白琼脂糖４Ｂ亲和层析毛蚶（ Ａｒｃａ ｓｕｂｃｒｅｎａｔａ ）体液来克丁（ＡＳＬ）。试验了ＡＳＬ对９ 属３３ 株来自不同生境的细菌、安哥拉兔血细胞和人的Ａ，Ｂ，Ｏ 型血红细胞的凝集作用。结果表明ＡＳＬ对２４．２×１０－ ２的参试菌株具凝集活性（ＢＡ）。被凝者主要是来自南极及毛蚶和对虾体的细菌。对所试红细胞则显示了效价不一的凝集活动（ＨＡ）。ＡＳＬ的凝血活性受半乳糖、乳糖的一定抑制。文章讨论了ＡＳＬ在毛蚶的防御活动中可能起的作用。This paper discusses the probable function of the humoral lectin from the bloody clam (Arca suberenata), i.e.ASL in its defensive mechanism. The humoral lectin was analysed by affinity chromatography using thyroglobulin sepharose 4B. Experiments were made of the agglutination of 33 strains of bacteria belonging to 9 genera and coming from different biotic environments, red blood cells from the Angora rabbit and Chinese people. The results indicated that ASL had 24.2×10 -2 bacterial agglutinating activity(BA) against tested bacterial strains from Antarctica, bloody clam and Chinese penaeid shrimp. The different titers were presented of hemagglutinating activity (HA) of ASL was inhibited by galactose and lactose at certain concentrations.
