摘　　要：高校图书馆肩负着以文献信息资源服务社会的责任,通过发展图书馆技术和数字化目录实现高质量的文献、信息、知识资源的数字化建设,充分发挥数字化资源在建设"海洋经济强省"中"耳目、尖兵、参谋"的作用,为建设"海洋经济强省"作出科学决策提供有力依据。University Libraries achieve the digitalization of high-quality documents,information and knowledge resources through developing library technology and digital catalog.They fully bring digital resources into play a very important role on constructing ＂marine economic strong province＂,promoting the construction and development of ＂Blue Ocean economy zone＂,and providing firm bases for making scientific decisions on constructing ＂marine economic strong province＂.University Libraries fulfill their social responsibility,serve the community,and plug technology wings for constructing ＂marine economic strong province＂.
