摘　　要：该文介绍了上海市农业科学院固定资产的两级管理体系,分析了做好机关固定资产日常管理,发挥好资产使用价值的几项必要举措。文章还提出了做好固定资产管理,建设节约型机关,积极应对新形势的意见和建议。This paper introduced the two levels of fixed assets management system of the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, analyzed some necessary measures to do well the daily management of fixed assets and exploit the value of the assets. Moreover, the paper also provided some comments and suggestions on how to manage the fixed assets, build a conservation - based administration office, and actively respond to the new situation.
