摘　　要：通过现场调查及GIS辅助分析,运用景观生态规划方法,构建土地适宜性评价的指标体系,结合对应行政区划范围,划定保护分区,将提名地划分为禁限区、展示区、有限利用区和缓冲保护区四大区域,并对不同分区提出相应的保护要求及管理措施。同时,结合提名地相关景区的发展情况和地理位置,构建以管理分区、管理中心、管理站点为层级体系的管理系统,安排相应的管理权责内容,并设置有效的管理机构和配置合理的管理职员结构。After field surveying and GIS aided analysis,nominated property was zoned for forbidden area、exhibition area、limited utilization area and buffering protection area four areas which were putted forward corresponding protection and management by the way of landscape-ecological planning,through structuring the land suitability ratting index system and considering correspondence administrative division range.and by taking the development and geographical position of the scenic areas into consideration,constructing management level system which is made up of management zoning、management center and management station,arranging corresponding power and responsibility contents,and establishing effective administration and disposing rational clerks.
