摘 要:方法:72只雄性SD大鼠随机平均分为空白组(C组)、高脂组(HC组)、药物组(M组)、盐水组(SC组)、运动组(E组)和联合干预组(ME组),进行10周干预。HE染色法观察主动脉弓管壁形态学变化;酶法测定血浆TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C和水平;免疫组化法测定动脉管壁ICAM-1水平。结果:①形态观察显示,HC、SC组大鼠主动脉弓呈现明显动脉粥样硬化改变,M组、E组病变程度较轻,ME组偶见轻微病变;②ME组、M组和E组TG、TC和LDL-C水平显著低于HC组、SC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),ME组HDL-C水平显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);③ME组动脉管壁ICAM-1表达水平显著下调。结论:茯苓配合有氧运动可有效延缓大鼠动脉粥样硬化的发展。72 male 12-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divided into the normal group(C),high-cholesterol group(HC),high-cholesterol+Poria group(M),high-cholesterol+normal saline(SC),aerobic exercise group(E),high-cholesterol+Poria+aerobic exercise group(ME) and then were fed for 10 weeks.The pathological changes in the aorta were observed using HE.Serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were detected in enzymatic determination.Immunohistochemistry staining were performed to assess the ICAM-1 protein expression,the expression level to be described in optical density value(IOD).It was seent that marked pathological change were presented in aortic arch of rats in HC,SC group,and minor lesion in M,E,ME group.The levels of serum TG,TC,LDL-C in ME,M and E group were obviously lower than those in HC,SC group(P0.01 or P0.05).The levels of serum HDL-C in ME group were obviously higher than those in other group(P0.05).The ICAM-1 expression in aortas in ME group was significantly lower than those in other group.It could be concluded that the development of atherosclerosis caused by high-fat diet in rats can be delayed by Poria combined with aerobic exercise.
