摘　　要：成就动机是人们追求获得成功的内部动因,激发大学生成就动机对大学生个人发展和社会进步都具有重大意义。培育大学生成就动机是大学生思想政治教育的必然要求,高校辅导员工作应从内外两个维度对大学生的成就动机培育给予关注。It is of great significance to both personal development and social progress to inspire college students＇ achievement motivation,the internal agent that drives them to pursue success. College advisors must work from both the internal and external dimensions to meet this inevitable demand of college ideological and political education.
