北方高校冬季体育高水平运动队实行“体教结合”培养体制的新思路

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查法对我国及世界高校高水平运动队运动训练和文化、体育教育进行深入的分析和调查,找出目前高水平运动队训练中的经验和存在的问题,提出高校创办高水平运动队,是培养高水平运动员的重要途径,这种培养途径应该实行"体教结合"的方式,即运动员在高校学习训练阶段,一面进行运动训练,提高运动竞技水平,一面进行体育教育和专业课学习,使运动员在转业后又能在高校获得一门专业知识,为他们将来从事新的专业工作奠定基础,也减少过去运动员转业的后顾之忧。这应该是我国竞技体育的人才培养的一条新途径。To study winter sports athletes in higher training stage,how to carry out the combination education system of sports training and receiving higher education,adopt documentory、survey method to careful study and analysis of the sports training of world Colleges Universities high-level sports team and the education of culture and sport in our country,find out the experience and existence problem in present high-level soprts team taining,put forward that universities set up high-level sports team is an important way to bring up high-level athletes,and it should carry out the mode of the combination of sports and education,on one hand,training for raise the level of athletics sports,on the other hand,carry through sports education and the study of specialized subject for the athletes in training stage of university studying,to make them gain professional knowledge of one science in university after their transfer to civilian work,to laid the groundwork for their new jobs in future,and also reduce the troubles after the athletes transfer to civilian work in the past.
