摘　　要：对速滑运动员准备活动的方法与要求进行探讨,提出准备活动在实施过程中注意的几个问题,以便合理有效地指导运动员做好准备活动,保证训练计划的顺利实施和达到最佳训练效果。The aim of approaching the measures and requests for the speed skating athletes to carry out warm-up is to raise several questions which should be noticed in the procedure of warm-up,so as to direct the athletes to accomplish the warm-up efficiently and ensure the implementation of training program and the achievements of optimum training effect.
