对普通高校田径选项课教学有关问题的思考

摘　　要：全面分析和研究目前普通高校田径选项课教学中存在的主要问题,究其原因和矛盾所在,根据该运动项目特点、教学目标定位、教师水平和教学环境条件等重要影响因素,以学生为本,树立"健康第一"为指导思想,紧紧围绕培养学生兴趣、发展能力和养成体育锻炼习惯的教学目标,发挥教师主观能动作用,通过更新教法、完善教材、精选内容、改革考评、等措施,使田径选项教学更具科学性、完整性和实用性。Thorough analyzed and reseated main problems now in teaching of track and field＇s elective courses of college,finding out the reasons and contravention.According to the point of this sports item,the goal location of teaching,the teacher＇s level,and teaching condition and so on,building up instructive thought of＂Health First＂.Tightly surround the teaching goals of cultivating the students＇ interest,develop ability and habit of doing exercises.In order to make the elective courses teaching of track and field more scientific／practical and integral.teachers should take active measures by renewing teaching methods,improving teaching materials,handpicking contents,reforming examination and grades and so on.
