摘　　要：从塑造女性形体"三围"和培养女生内在气质美着手,选用国内外高校和俱乐部的新教材新方法进行教学实践,来对女生形体健美课教学体系进行了研究,并在实践中取得了良好的效果。This paper start with modelling the three rounds of female shaping body and trainning the internal temper- ament beauty of female students in the novel teaching system of women students shaping beauty course and select new teaching materials and methods in the world to carry out the teaching practice to obtain good effects.
