甲壳素敷料促进创面愈合的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲壳素敷料对供皮区创面的愈合作用。方法设立同体对照,将32例取皮创面分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组创面用甲壳素敷料覆盖,对照组创面用凡士林油纱覆盖,两组均定期换药至创面愈合,观察治疗期间两组创面局部变化、细菌计数及愈合时间。结果32例供皮区创面,平均愈合时间治疗组(9.6±1.5)d,对照组(12.6±2.4)d,P<0.05。创面细菌检测率治疗组3.1%,对照组6.3%,P>0.05。结论甲壳素敷料不加重烧伤创面的感染,有显著的加速烧伤创面愈合的作用。Objective To study the effects of chitin dressing on the wound of donor site of skin graft.Methods All 32 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was treated by chitin dressing and control group was treated by vaseline gauze to obserue changes of wounds,bacterial counts and healing time.Results In 32 cases,donor site wounds,the average healing time of the treatment group was（9.6±1.5）days,the control group（12.6±2.4）days,P0.05.Wound bacteria detection rate was 3.1% in the treatment group,the control group 6.3%,P0.05.Conclusion Chitin burn wound dressings do not add to infection,significantly accelerate burn wound healing.
