摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗制度开展以来，已取得了初步成效，总体运作良好，但也存在一些问题和困难。在诸多困难中，“筹资难”一直困扰着合作医疗管理层和参保农民。本文具体分析了造成筹资困难的原因，并在此基础上对新型农村合作医疗筹资的方式进行了探讨，提出了几点可行的建议。Since the new type of rural cooperative medical system launched, it has achieved initial results. However, there are still some problems and difficulties, for example, ＂financing difficulties＂ have been plagued by cooperative medical management and insured farmers. This paper analyzes the specific reason for the difficulty of financing, and based on the new type of rural cooperative medical care funding and the modalities for the study and makes a few practical suggestions.
