摘  要:目的左氧沙星(喹诺酮类抗菌药)单用及其与磷霉素(抗生素)联用对金黄色葡萄球菌的防耐药突变浓度(MPC)的变化。方法采用琼脂二倍稀释法,测定左氧沙星、磷霉素单用及联用时,对10株甲氧西林敏感的金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)和10株甲氧西林耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和MPC,计算耐药突变频率和选择指数(SI=MPC/MIC)。结果左氧沙星单用,对10株MSSA和10株MRSA的SI分别是4~64,4~16;而其与磷霉素联用对2种菌的SI分别是2~8,1~8。联用后,SI下降到单用药物的1/2~1/8。结论对金黄色葡萄球菌联用较单用可缩小突变选择窗(MSW),减少耐药菌产生。菌;Objective To investigate the mutant prevention concentrations(MPC)of levofloxacin alone and in combination with fosfomycin against Staphylococcus aureaes.Methods MPC of the two drugs against Staphylococcus aureaes was detected with agar dilution method.The mutantal frequency and selection index(SI)of levofloxacin and fosfomycin were calculated.Results The MPC/MIC ratios of levofloxacin alone for 10 strains of MSSA and 10 srains MRSA were 4-64,4-16 respectively.The MPC/MIC(SI)ratios of the combination were 2-8,1-8 respectively,the ratios for the combination decreased 2-8 fold and drug mutantal frequencies were also lower than the single application of levofloxacin for 10-100.Conclusion Combination use of antimicrobial agents can narrow the mutant selection window and reduce the MPC/MIC ratios.The emergence of resistant strains was decreased.
