摘  要:Changing frequency of RF cavity in SFC is realized by moving short-plate. For a long time, changing frequency depends on manual measurement. In order to realize presetting of frequency precisely, we must precisely measure the position of short-plate so that to finish the frequency presetting. RF cavity is 5 meters long (shown in Fig.1). When the resonant frequency of RF cavity is changed from 5.8 to 18 MHz, corresponding position will be from 4 300 to 270 mm (shown in Fig.2).Changing frequency of RF cavity in SFC is realized by moving short-plate.
