摘  要:Loose base pairing of the Shine-dalgarno (SD) sequence with other regions of the Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA) is strongly affected by polyamine stimulation and translates more protein. In contrast with the tense base pairing, the protein is less translated. We present a simple mathematical model (In (fold) =[1n(m) -kG0] +kG, in this equation, fold presents the protein expression level, m and k are the proportionality constant, G0 is the least free energy of the local SD structure when the SD is exposed andLoose base pairing of the Shine-dalgarno (SD) sequence with other regions of the Messenger Ribonucleic Acid (mRNA) is strongly affected by polyamine stimulation and translates more protein.
