摘  要:An intelligent instrument for low beam current measurement based on the microprocessor MSC1210 has been developed for the Faraday cups in the HIRFL-CSR beam diagnostic system. The system consists of the data acquisition, data analysis, and data display. The low beam current from FC is measured automatically by the system through signal acquisition, signal transformation, signal amplification, pulse signal shape rectification, A/D conversion, data treatment and result display.
