摘 要:目的 本研究旨在探索弱视门诊系统化管理对家长及其患儿治疗依从性的影响,同时了解家长对门诊管理的满意度.方法 符合标准的弱视患儿的就诊陪同家长100名,对照组及实验组各50名,实验组实施系统化门诊管理模式,对干预前及干预后1个月进行问卷调查.结果 两组在社会人口学信息及患儿患病状态方面可比性良好.干预前,除了门诊环境得分,两组在工作人员态度、弱视相关知识与行为上的得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后1个月,两组在弱视相关知识与行为上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 弱视系统化门诊管理模式可改善患儿及就诊陪同家长的态度和治疗依从性,其在门诊的扩大应用需进一步探讨.Objective To investigate the influence of a systematic management model in outpatient department on accompanies and their children with amblyopia in regard to compliance to treatments as well as their satisfaction towards the management. Methods One hundred accompanies, whose children met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for amblyopia, were enrolled into the study, equally assigned into two groups, the control group and the experiment group. The systematic management model was implemented in the experimental group. Data were collected before the intervention and one month later using a questionnaire with validity and reliability. Results In terms of socio-demographics and outpatients' diseased status, two groups were well compared. Before the intervention, in addition to the scores of outpatient department environment, there were significant differences between two groups' scores of staff' s attitudes, their knowledge and behaviors related to amblyopia. One month later, the difference was still significant in respect of relevant knowledge and behaviors. Conclusions The proposed systematic management model in outpatient department was found effective on improving accompanies' and their children' s attitudes and their compliance to treatments. It deserves further investigation for its extensive application in outpatient department.
