摘　　要：在党的十七大圆满闭幕、两会胜利召开及各体育院校近些年先后迎接国家教育部本科教学水平评估的新形势下,体育院校工会工作必须主动适应新形势、新任务、新要求,坚持以小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想和十七大精神为指导,实现工会工作的创新与发展。Under the satisfactory closure of 17th Party Congress,Two congress was held success,and Physical Education Colleges Universities obtained the undergraduate teaching proficiency evaluation from Ministry of Education new situation,the Trade Union Work should adapt to the new circumstances,new mission and new request,which we insist on with Xiao Ping theory and ＂three represent＂ the important thought and spirit of the 17th National Congress for guiding,in order to realize the innovation and develop of trade-union work.
