河南高校教师参加体育健身现状研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,调查研究了河南高校教师参加体育健身活动的现状,对影响高校教师体育健身活动的因素进行了分析,并对如何推动高校教师积极合理地参加体育健身活动提出了建议。By using the methods of documentary,paper-question investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper investigate the current situation and trait of teachers in Henan Colleges Universities attending sports bodybuilding and analyse the influencial factors to sports bodybuilding,meanwhile,put forward some suggestion on how to improve teachers in Colleges Universities bodybuilding.
