北京邮电大学《学生体质健康标准》测试系统管理的理论与实践

摘　　要：自《学生体质健康标准》正式实施以来,在各地高等学校中贯彻实施,成为高等学校体育改革中新的亮点。本研究立足于《标准》测评系统化管理的具体环节,对测试仪器的配备、测试人员的培训、受试群体的动员、测评流程的组织及测评结果的分析等环节进行分析,阐释测试前、测试中及测试后的过程中实施管理的具体措施,以北京邮电大学《标准》测评管理工作为案例,将其在管理实践中的经验从管理理念、管理平台及策略等方面加以总结和分析。为今后《标准》测评的管理工作起到添砖加瓦的作用。The Students Fitness and Health Standard（The Standard） was warmly welcomed and carried out at local universities upon launch and became the new highlight of university P.E.reformation.This study was based on the concrete steps on the process of systematic testing for the Standard.By analyzing the testing equipment,training of testing staff,motivation of tested person,organization of testing flow,processing of result,the study present the BUPT＇s effort on management of the Standard as case study and thus summarized and analyzed the experience of management concept and management platform as well as management strategy of BUPT for the Standard.We hope this study can help the future management of The Standard.
