摘  要:以三氯氧磷(POCl3)、季戊四醇为原料,三氯化铝(AlCl3)为催化剂,甲苯/乙腈(质量比2/1)混合物为溶剂合成了双螺环(氯化螺环磷酸酯)。当n(AlCl3):n(POCl3):n(季戊四醇)=0.015:2.1:1,m(溶剂):m(季戊四醇)=3:1,反应时间为8h,反应温度为75℃时,双螺环产率约为93%。与国内外报道的方法相比,产率明湿提高。同时在此基础上进行了双螺环的应用研究。Dichloropentate was synthesized using phosphorus oxyehloride and pentaerythritol as raw mate-rials, aluminum chloride as catalyst, and toluene/acetonitrile (mass ratio 2/1 ) as the solvent. The optimum condition was follows : n ( AlCl 3 ) : n ( POCl3 ) : n ( pentaerythritol ) = 0. 015 : 2. 1 : 1 ( molar ratio ) , m(solvent) :m (pentaerythritol) = 3:1 (mass ratio) , the reaction time was 8 h, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ , the yield of dichloropentale was about 93%. Compared with the results reported at home anti abroad,the yield of dichloropentate was improved markedly. At the same time, the application of diehloropentate wasmade in this base.
