摘 要:采用熔融共混工艺制备了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)/羧基丁腈胶粉(XNBR)共混物,研究了共混物的相态结构、力学性能及动态流变性能。透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察表明,羧基丁腈胶粉用量不超过5%时能在TPU基体中分散成纳米尺寸,高含量时则存在大量聚集体。少量羧基丁腈胶粉可以实现对TPU的增强增韧,使TPU强度提高10%,低温冲击强度提高56%。动态流变性能研究表明,加入羧基丁腈胶粉,体系的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量均增大。Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU)/carboxy nitrile rubber powder (CNBR) blends were prepared by melt blending. The phase structure, mechanical properties and dynamic rheological properties of the blends were studied. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation showed that when the content of CNBR was within 5 wt% , it presented the dispersed nanometer-size phase in the TPU ma- trix, when it was in high-concentration, a large number of aggregates existed. A small amount of CNBR could strengthen and toughen the TPU of which the strength increased by 10%, and low=temperature impact strength increased by 56%. The dynamic rheological properties tests showed that, complex viscosity of the system, storage modulus and loss modulus increased when CNBR was added.
