摘 要:采用改性nano—CaCO3、POE—g—MAH和EVA—g—MAH改善PVC/稻壳粉木塑复合材料性能。研究了改性剂的用量和种类对木塑复合材料力学性能、维卡软化点和流变性能的影响;用SEM观察复合材料冲击断面。结果表明:改性nano—CaCO3可显著提高木塑复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和维卡软化点,复合材料的综合性能最好。当加入7.5份nano。CaCO3时,复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和维卡软化点分别提高了92.16%、24.89%和13.77%;随着nano-CaCO3含量的增加复合材料的表观黏度逐渐升高,表面光滑度得到改善。The performance of PVC/rice hull powder composites was improved by modified nano-CaCO3, POE-g-MAH and EVA-g-MAH. The effects of different modifier and content on the mechanical property, Vi- cat temperature softening point and rheological property were discussed. The impact fracture was investigated by means of SEM. The results showed that the impact strength, flexural strength and Vicat softening tempera- ture point of the composite were increased significantly by means of modified nano-CaCO3 , and the compre- hensive performance of the composite was optimum. The impact strength, flexural strength and Vicat temper- ature softening point of wood-plastic composite materials were increased by 92. 16% , 24. 89% and 13.77% with the addition of 7.5 phr nano-CaCO3 ; with the increase of the content of nano-CaCO3, the apparent vis- cosity of the composite was increased gradually, and the surface smothness was improved.
