摘  要:以乙烯-辛烯接枝马来酸酐(POE—g—MAH)作为相容剂,采用熔融挤出法制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA6)共混物。考查了POE—g—MAH用量对共混物形态结构、力学性能、维卡软化点、流变性能的影响。结果表明,POE—g—MAH可提高HDPE/PA6共混物的界面相容性,随着POE—g—MAH用量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度先增加后降低,冲击强度增加,维卡软化点先增加后降低。With ethylene-octane copolymer graft maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) as compatibilizer, high density polyethylene/polyamide 6 (HDPE/PA6) was prepared by means of melting extrusion. The effects of the content of POE-g-MAH on morphological structure, mechanical properties, Vicat softening point and rheological property of the blends were studied. The results showed that the addition of POE-g-MAH en- hanced the interracial interaction of HDPE/PA6. With the content of POE-g-MAH increased, the impact strength enhanced the tensile strength and Vicat softening point increased at first and then decreased.
