摘  要:依赖传统的寿命试验进行可靠性评定的做法已受到制约,如何缩短试验时间又能科学评价产品可靠性是工程上亟待解决的问题。以某型温度变送器为研究对象,借鉴加速寿命试验的理论与方法,在规定时间内施加环境强化应力和额定的工作应力,完成了可靠性环境强化试验。并结合工程背景引入了环境因子和故障分类计数方法,通过信息数据综合折算,给出了便于计算机编程计算的二项近似经典置信限、二项近似Bayes置信限、指数近似经典置信限、指数近似Bayes置信限。Traditional reliability assessment approach relying on life testing has been constrained,how to shorten testing time and evaluate product reliability scientifically are the engineering problems to be solved.In this paper,we study a certain type of temperature transmitter.Accelerated life testing theories and methods are adopted.The temperature transmitter is exposed under environmental enhancement stress and rated working stress within the specified time limits;and the reliability environmental enhancement testing is carried out.Combined with engineering background,environmental factors and fault classification counting methods are introduced.Through data integration,the estimation results,such as binomial approximate classical confidence limits,binomial approximate bayes confidence limits,exponent approximate classical confidence limits,and exponent approximate bayes confidence limits are given,which are convenient for computer programming calculation.
