摘  要:为实现对经颅磁刺激强度、深度、聚焦性、频率、刺激范围和时间等参数的精确控制,研制了一种新型128导大脑磁刺激仪。利用有限元方法建立了4层真实头模型,对不同尺寸线圈以及小线圈组的不同组合方式下,在脑内产生的电磁场进行仿真分析,结果表明:相对于单线圈刺激,小线圈组能有效地控制磁刺激强度、深度和范围,并能实现多点同时刺激,具有更优越的性能。基于上述结论,结合经颅磁刺激的特殊要求,介绍了128导大脑磁刺激仪的整体结构和软硬件设计方案;该仪器配置灵活,可针对不同应用设置各种磁刺激治疗方案,在科学研究和临床医学方面有广阔的应用前景。In order to achieving precise control of the transcranial magnetic stimulation parameters,such as intensity,depth,focus,frequency,scope and time of stimulation,a new type of 128-channel brain magnetic stimulator was developed.A 4-layer real-head model was established using finite element analysis.The electromagnetic fields in the brain model generated by coils with different sizes and coil groups with different small coil combinations were simulated.Simulation results show that compared with single-coil stimulation,small coil groups can effectively control the intensity,depth and scope of magnetic stimulation,and have better performance.Based on the above findings and the special requirements of transcranial magnetic stimulation,the 128-channel brain magnetic stimulator was designed.The structure,hardware and software of the brain magnetic stimulator are presented.The instrument can be flexibly configured;a variety of magnetic stimulation treatment schemes can be set for different applications.So the instrument has broad application prospects in scientific research and clinical practice.
