摘　　要：目的探讨高泌乳素血症致男性性功能障碍的病因和治疗方法。方法用溴隐亭治疗高泌乳素血症男性患者12例,其临床表现为性欲低下12例,勃起功能障碍10例,生精障碍2例。结果经溴隐亭治疗1～12个月,12例患者的性欲得到提高,勃起功能改善10例,生精障碍2例得到缓解。结论男性高泌乳素血症所致性功能障碍较为少见,溴隐亭治疗效果良好。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of sexual dysfunction males with hyperprolactinemia.Methods Twelve cases of sexual dysfunction males with hyperprolactinemia were retrospectively analyzed.After the clinical evaluation,all the patients were treated with bromocriptine mesylate.Results Of all patients,12 males presented with complaints of sexual dysfunction,12 cases with libido loss,10 cases with erectile dysgfunction and 2 cases with dyszoospermia.After the bromocriptine mesylate treatment,serum prolactin level of all patients declined and returned to the normal range.All patients’sexual function improved.Conclusion Hyperprolactinemia occurs uncommonly in sexual dysfunction males,bromocriptine therapy may benefit the patients.
