摘 要:结合成庄矿二盘区2103巷的地质条件和巷道破坏状况,提出了水泥浆与不饱和聚酯化学浆复合注浆、预应力注浆锚索补强的巷道围岩加固方式。数值模拟表明,注浆情况下预应力锚索的支护效果得到了大幅度提高。水泥浆充填粗缝,化学浆粘结细微裂隙,并设计合理的注浆压力,使围岩裂隙扩张,注浆后回缩产生注浆预压力。该支护方法能有效避免动压巷道的强烈变形。Combining with the geological conditions and the failure characteristics of the 2103 roadway in the second panel in Chengzhuang Coal Mine,a reinforcing mode of composite grouting with cement slurry and unsaturated polyester and grouted pre-stressed anchor cable supporting for roadway's surrounding rock was put forward. The numerical simulation showed that the grouting could greatly improve the supp orting effect of pre-stressed anchor cable.The cement slurry filled into larger cracks,the chemical pulp bonded smaller ones.With designing rational grouting p ressure,the cracks in the surrounding rock was expanded,and the grouting pre-pr essure was produced by retraction after grouting.This reinforcing mode can effec tively control the strong deformation of the roadway with dynamic pressures.
