摘 要:通过对湖南某铅锌矿工艺矿物学和浮选工艺的试验研究,寻找到了适合该矿石的药剂制度和工艺流程。试验结果表明,采用优先浮选流程和所选药剂条件,铅锌各系统经过一粗三精一扫闭路流程,获得了铅精矿品位63.77%,回收率80.16%;锌精矿品位58.66%,回收率85.81%的良好浮选指标。Experimental study of processing mineralogy and flotation technology were made on a lead-zinc ore from Hunan,a rational and feasible reagent system and process flow for the ore were found.The results of experiments showed that a lead concen trate grade of 63.77% and recovery of 80.16% as well as a zinc concentrate grade of 58.66% and recovery of 85.81% were well obtained using preferential flotation flow sheet and the optimum reagent system and a closed circuit flow sheet consisting of one stage of crushing,three stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging.
