摘  要:设计了一种以一字线型激光器为光源的光学表面等离子共振生物传感器,该光学生物传感器由波长为650 nm的一字线型激光器、P偏振片、光学调整平台、端面镀有50 nm金膜的光学直角棱镜和1 024像素的线阵CCD构成.用不同体积分数的乙醇溶液验证传感器的性能.试验结果表明,在体积分数为0.13~0.19的乙醇溶液内,不同体积分数乙醇溶液与光学表面等离子光学响应最低值存在线性关系,相关系数为-0.970 5,灵敏度可达到1.025×103.This paper proposes a novel design method of optical surface plasomon resonance biosensor in which a linear laser was used as a light source of the bioanalyzer.The construction and photoelectricity detecting principle and experiment of the optical biosensor cased on linear laser were introduced.The biosensor is composed by a linear laser with 650 nm wavelength,an optical modulate platform,a P-polarizer,an optical prism whose end surface is deposited by 50 nm Au film and a linear CCD with 1 024 pixels.A series of experiments were designed to validate the performance of the optical biosensor using different volume fraction ethanol.In the certain range of 0.13~0.19 in volume fraction ethanol,there is a linear relation existing between the concentration of ethanol and resonance pixel position of optical SPR.The correlation coefficient is-0.970 5 and sensitivity is 1.025×103.
