摘 要:为减少传统冷轧轧制液中含硫、磷、氯等元素的极压抗磨剂的使用,在板带钢冷轧轧制液中添加油酸修饰后的纳米TiO2粒子和纳米Fe2O3粒子,通过四球摩擦磨损试验机考察其摩擦学性能,通过冷轧实验对含纳米粒子轧制液的轧制润滑效果进行实际验证。结果表明:与传统冷轧轧制液相比,添加纳米粒子的冷轧轧制液能有效地降低轧制过程中的轧制力,并且能降低板带钢的最小可轧厚度,对改善板带钢轧后的表面质量也有显著的作用。这是由于纳米粒子具有很高的表面活性以及自润滑效应等特殊性能,能在轧制过程中的高压和局部高温下处于熔融状态,在轧件表面形成均匀的边界润滑膜。To reduce the use of extreme-pressure anti-wear additives containing sulphur,phosphor,chlorine,etc,in traditional strip cold rolling fluid,oleic acid modified titanium dioxide nano-particles and nano-particles of ferric oxide were add to the strip cold rolling fluid respectively,their tribological properties were examined by four-ball friction and wear test machine,and rolling lubrication of rolling fluid containing nano-particles was verified through the cold rolling experiments.The results show that,compared with the conventional cold rolling,the cold rolling fluid containing nano-particles can reduce the rolling pressure in rolling process,reduce the smallest permissive-rolling thickness of strip,and improve the strip surface quality after rolling.That is because the nano-particles have high surface activity and the self-lubricating effects,they form boundary lubrication film at the surface of the workpiece under high pressure and local high temperature in rolling process.
