摘  要:在控制系统实际投用前进行仿真调试能降低设备实动的风险,缩短实际调试时间。但由于仿真模型搭建困难、组态时间紧张等原因,对新建机组DCS系统进行仿真调试的较少。指出仿真调试的关键是如何建立一套简化的仿真模型,并和常规DCS仿真再现进行了比较。结合工程实践,针对1000 MW超超临界火电机组用OVATION组态工具在DCS系统内部搭建了主要开关量设备和模拟量控制对象的简化模型,并进行了仿真调试,完成控制功能测试和控制参数初设,从而为DCS系统实际调试和正常投用创造有利条件。Simulation commissioning of the control system before the practical operation could reduce the risk in the equipment practical actions and the practical commissioning time.However,little simulation commissioning of the DCS in the newly built unit was made because of the difficulties in building the simulation models and tight configuration time.How to build a set of simplified models was pointed out to be the key of the simulation commissioning,and the comparison was made with normal DCS simulation reproduction.Combined with the engineering practice,the simplified models of the main switch value equipments and analog control objects were built in the DCS by using OVATION configuration tools for a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit,and the simulation commissioning was made.The control function tests and initial settings of the control parameters were realized,which created favorable conditions for the practical commissioning and normal operation of the DCS.
