摘 要:电子信息系统的雷害问题正日益严重。本文首先针对电子信息系统的电源线路,设计了用于雷电电涌防护的电涌保护器电路,再从保护器中核心器件气体放电管的实测动作特性出发,建立了其仿真模型。以该模型为基础,采用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对所设计保护器电路的雷电暂态响应进行了仿真分析。为验证仿真的有效性,还进行了相应的雷电冲击试验以获得保护器的瞬态响应,将仿真结果与试验结果进行了比较,证明了仿真模型的有效性。Problems of lightning damage to electronic information systems are increasingly serious.A circuit of the surge protective device is designed in this paper for protecting AC supplies of electronic information systems from lightning surge overvoltages.By means of the measured discharge characteristics,a simulation model is set up for the key component of the surge protective device,i.e.the gas discharge tube.On the basis of the model,PSCAD/EMTDC software is used to perform a simulation analysis for the lightning transient behavior of the surge protective device.Also,the lightning impulse experiments are made to obtain transient responses of the designed protective device.The measured response results are compared with the corresponding simulation results and a better agreement is shown between them,which confirms the validity of the simulation model.
