中国城市化理论的反思与重构

摘　　要：到目前为止,中国的城市化不仅没有形成中国本土化的城市化发展理论与模式,而且也没有一个完善而有系统的本土化的城市化发展战略。更为严重的是,自20世纪70年代末期以来,中国的城市化还没有解决根本性的目标问题,即面对中国未来30年的城市化发展,中国应该选择什么样的城市化道路、理论和模式;西方发达国家城市化和城市现代化已有的经验在多大程度上适应中国社会的发展;中国的城市化能否在制度层面上总结发达国家城市化成功的经验与教训,并在此基础上创新中国式的城市化模式。认为在城市化理论本土化的层面上,必须对中国的城市化理论与模式加以建构,并据此对中国的城市化理论重构与实践型发展战略,提出了十个方面的理论概括。So far,China＇s urbanization doesn＇t lead to form any local urbanization theories nor patterns.And still,there isn＇t a complete,systemic and local urban development strategy.More importantly,although China＇s urbanization has a history as long as 30 years,it doesn＇t solve the essential problems：What kind of urbanization path,theory and pattern should China choose when facing the coming urbanization in 30 years？ To what extent does the experience of urbanization and modern urbanization in western countries suit the reality of China？ Can China＇s urbanization summarize the successful experience and lessons of urbanization in developed countries at the level of system？ This article proposes some theoretical generalization and tries to make the construction of China＇s urbanization theory and pattern depend on the localization of urbanization theory.
