摘　　要：西方发达国家的快速发展验证了小型企业在经济发展中的重要作用。不同行业的小型企业成长能力不同。本文以我国2004-2008年39个工业行业的小型企业数据为样本,运用面板数据模型研究不同行业中的小型企业成长状况,分析各行业小型企业成长能力形成差异的原因。研究结果表明,小型企业的成长综合因子与行业的销售增长率正相关,说明处于成长期行业的小型企业成长能力较强,同时,在此基础上提出了处于行业发展不同时期的小型企业应采取的措施。The rapid development of western developed countries verified that small-sized enterprises played an important role in economic development.The growth abilities of small-sized enterprises in different industries vary from each other.The data of 39 industries＇ small-sized enterprises from 2004 to 2008 are taken as samples in the article,which also employs a panel data model to analyze the development state of small-sized enterprises and explains the reasons why the difference in growth ability of small-sized enterprises exists in different industries.The result shows that the small-sized enterprises＇ comprehensive growth factor has a positive relationship with the industry＇s increase rate of sales.From above,it is concluded that the small-sized enterprises in a growing industry has great growth ability.The measures that small-sized enterprises in different industries should take are also stated in the article.
