屈螺酮炔雌醇片在人工流产术后应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨人工流产术后立即口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床效果及可行性。方法:自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女200例,随机分为观察组100例和对照组100例。观察组为人工流产术后当天即服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片1片.d-1,连服21 d;对照组不服任何西药。比较两组术后阴道出血量、出血时间、阴道分泌物、月经复潮时间,盆腔感染及经前期紧张综合征的情况。结果:二组术后阴道出血量,出血时间无显著性差异。观察组阴道分泌物减少,月经复潮时间明显短于对照组。与对照组相比,观察组重复流产、盆腔感染以及经前期紧张综合征的发生率明显下降。结论:人工流产术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片可促进子宫内膜修复,减少重复流产及盆腔感染,缓解经前期紧张综合征。Objective： To assess the immediate use of the combined oral contraceptive drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets in women undergoing artificial abortion.Methods： A total of 200 women who undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups,100 women took drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets（1 pill·d-1×21d） immediately after abortion,and another 100 women took nothing（control）.The volume and duration of vaginal bleeding and discharge,time of menstruation turn over,rate of pelvis infection as well as premenstrual tension syndrome were surveyed.Results： No statistical difference was found in the volume and duration of vaginal bleeding between two groups.There was a statistically significant decrease in volume of vaginal discharge and time of menstruation turn over in 2 groups.Compared with the control,the rates of repeated abortion,pelvis infection and premenstrual tension syndrome were significantly decreased after treatment with drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets.Conclusion： Drospirenone-ethinylestradiol tablets are safe and effective in women when taken immediately after artificial abortion as an option of contraception.This offers a good measure in having exact time of menstruation turn over,preventing infection and releasing premenstrual tension syndrome.
